【Usage Time】
Daily service hours are between 08:00 and 20:00, for a total of 10 hours.
Any duration less than 10 hours will be calculated as 10 hours.
If the start or end location of the itinerary is outside Fukuoka city, the actual available time may need to deduct the relevant travel time for the vehicle to return to the garage. Please confirm with customer service before booking.
【Overtime Fees】
Exceeding 10 hours will incur overtime fees. Please refer to the 'Additional Fees' section of the product for detailed charging methods.
If the original itinerary time is insufficient due to passenger delays or other personal factors, you can discuss with the driver to:
- Adjust or shorten some attractions
- Extend the usage time
If you choose to extend the service time, overtime fees will be charged according to the regulations.
【Multi-day Private Charter】
Multi-day tours are defined as consecutive charters of 2 days or more.
If you need to stay outside Fukuoka city during the trip, as the driver needs to arrange accommodation and parking in advance, please provide the following information after booking:
- Daily itinerary
- Name of the hotel for each night
- Check-in date
If you change your accommodation during the trip, please notify customer service at least 3 days before departure so we can assist with arrangements.
Southern Kyushu Itinerary Suggestions
Miyazaki and Kagoshima are further away from Northern Kyushu. If you wish to explore Southern Kyushu in depth, it is recommended to arrange 5–7 days for a more relaxed journey.
If your travel time is limited, you can also arrange 3–5 days to focus on popular attractions in Miyazaki and Kagoshima.
The actual itinerary can still be discussed with customer service based on your travel duration and the attractions you want to visit.

- Chartered itineraries can be discussed and adjusted with customer service after booking. The actual itinerary will be arranged based on vehicle usage time, road conditions, and traffic on the day.

- If passengers are late, it may affect the original itinerary. If extended vehicle usage is required, overtime fees will be charged according to regulations.

We are a two-star safety rated company by the Japan Bus Association, so you can choose to depart from or arrive in any city in Kyushu (including all ports and terminals in Kyushu).
The 14-seater Toyota Hiace, including the front passenger seat, can accommodate up to 13 passengers (no luggage can be placed when full). It is recommended to carry no more than 9 people with luggage, and it can accommodate 10 pieces of luggage ranging from 21 to 29 inches.
The 14-seat Toyota Hiace is best suited for 5 to 7 people.

The Mitsubishi Fuso is available in 20-seat and 21-seat configurations. It can accommodate up to 20 or 21 passengers. It has a separate luggage compartment with a 29-inch suitcase that can hold approximately 15 pieces of luggage.

Surcharge(s)
Highway tolls, parking fees, and other expenses
Reimbursement will be based on actual expenses incurred. Please pay the driver in Japanese Yen cash at the end of the trip.
Overtime fee
If the service exceeds the designated 10 hours between the normal service hours (8:00-20:00), an overtime fee of 6,000 yen per hour will be charged (every 30 minutes exceeding 1 hour). Please pay the driver in cash in yen at the end of the trip. ※Overtime caused by factors such as lateness or traffic jams will still be charged at this rate.
Driver's accommodation expenses
For multi-day private tour, if accommodation is outside the Fukuoka area, a driver accommodation fee of 8,000 yen per night will be charged. Please pay the driver in yen cash at the end of the tour.
Reminders
To ensure a pleasant and smooth private tour experience for passengers, our staff will contact you before departure to confirm your order details. At the latest, we will notify you of the driver's name and contact information one day before departure. Please pay close attention to our notifications.
If you wish to change the pick-up time or location after order confirmation, please contact customer service 24 hours before the original booking time. If you wish to change the date, please contact customer service one week before the original booking time.
Each vehicle type has passenger and luggage capacity limits. Please be sure to select the appropriate vehicle type based on the actual number of passengers and luggage, and specify the correct number of passengers and luggage when placing your order. If the number of passengers exceeds the vehicle type limit on the day of your trip, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up and will not provide a refund.
Service time: 10 hours (including driving and waiting time). Any service less than 10 hours will be counted as 10 hours. For trips outside Fukuoka, the return trip time to the garage will be deducted. Additionally, toll fees, parking fees, etc., incurred during the return trip (from departure to return to the garage) will be reimbursed by the passenger (details will be attached) and paid in cash to the driver on the same day.
To ensure you have ample time to visit and enjoy the tour, travelers can communicate with the driver at any time on the day of the trip to adjust the itinerary. It is strongly recommended to allow sufficient time when planning your trip and to include travel time in your itinerary design to avoid exceeding the private tour service time and incurring additional overtime fees. Please note that overtime caused by uncontrollable factors such as traffic congestion will still be charged according to the actual overtime time; therefore, it is advisable to allow for flexible time in your itinerary planning.
The driver will assist in providing itinerary suggestions, but the driver is not a professional tour guide and can only provide a simple introduction on the bus. The driver will not be able to accompany the driver to the attractions for a guided tour. Please understand and forgive us.
To ensure the safety of passengers and drivers, Japan has restrictions on drivers' driving and rest time to effectively prevent traffic accidents caused by bus drivers being too fatigued. Please be aware of and understand this.
For passenger safety, please fasten your seatbelt at all times while traveling, and do not walk or change seats while the vehicle is in motion. Please be mindful of your personal safety and belongings during your trip; keep valuables with you at all times, do not bring any items prohibited or controlled by Japan, and strictly abide by local customs and laws.
During the journey, please inform the driver immediately if you experience any discomfort or require assistance. Eating and drinking are permitted in the carriage, but ice cream and drinks without lids are prohibited. The driver has the right to charge you for cleaning the carriage if you soil it. Vomit bags can be obtained from the driver; any damage caused to items inside the carriage will be charged accordingly.
Our company provides legal green-plated vehicles and insures them with commercial vehicle insurance and passenger insurance in accordance with Japanese law. For greater peace of mind while traveling, we recommend that passengers purchase travel accident insurance, inconvenience insurance, and overseas medical insurance before their visit to establish comprehensive protection (this product does not include the above insurances).
