- Even if the system shows the status as "In Process", your purchase is complete. A PDF voucher will be sent to you by email before the boarding date.
- There are two types of tickets: "Adult" and "Child (elementary school student)". One infant per adult is free. If more than this, a child fare is required.
- Please understand that tickets cannot be changed or refunded after purchase.
- On the day of your reservation, please present the PDF voucher you receive after completing your reservation at the Tokai Kisen counter at Yokohama Osanbashi to exchange it for a boarding ticket.
- Reception opens at 4:00 PM. Please arrive at the counter by 5:15 PM.
- The ship used is a return trip from the Tokyo Islands, and guests from each island will be using it before arriving at Yokohama Port. Guests are not permitted to use the cabins on board. Please use the shared spaces such as the deck and restaurant.
- Tokyo Port is subject to port entry control, and there may be delays in entering the port if there are departing ships. Please note that there may be no stalls or night view MC on some days.
- Events may be changed or canceled depending on future social conditions, etc.
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
