Airport Pickup / Designated Hotel Drop-off:

Airport Pickup: For pickup on the first day of the tour, please book a flight arriving in Hobart before 9:00 AM.

City Hotel Pickup: On the first day of the itinerary, you may choose between complimentary airport pickup or complimentary pickup from designated hotels in Hobart city center (Best Western Hotel, Hobart City Apartments, Crowne Plaza Hobart).

If your accommodation is not a designated hotel, you will need to make your own way to the designated meeting point. Staff will contact you at least 1 day prior to departure to reconfirm the meeting time and location.

Port Arthur is a historic site of the colonial-era convict settlement. It was the largest prison in the Southern Hemisphere during the 19th century and remains the best-preserved convict site in Australia. The cultural history of Port Arthur and the beautiful scenery of the Tasman Peninsula make it one of Tasmania's most famous tourist hotspots. Every visitor to Tasmania makes a special trip to Port Arthur (admission fee at your own expense). On the way to Port Arthur Prison, we will also visit the four major natural wonders of the Tasman Peninsula: Tasman Arch, Devil's Kitchen, Tessellated Pavement, and the Blowhole.

  • DAY 2——Richmond Village - Salamanca - Mount Wellington - Oyster Farm - Cherry Picking (Seasonal)

In the morning, we will first drive to Richmond, Australia's best-preserved historic village, where you will visit Australia's oldest stone arch bridge, built in 1823, and a Catholic church built in 1836. The old bakeries and dessert shops in the town are also popular spots for tourists. This is also a filming location for the Hong Kong movie 'Once Upon a Time'. Next, we will visit Salamanca Place. In the afternoon, we will ascend the 1270-meter-high Mount Wellington, an excellent vantage point for panoramic views of Hobart and the surrounding waters, and a place once visited by President Xi Jinping. We will also head to a famous Tasmanian oyster farm, where you can taste fresh Pacific oysters (at your own expense). During the cherry season, we will also personally pick and taste Tasmanian cherries (at your own expense, season runs from December to January).

  • DAY 3——East Coast - Swansea - Coles Bay - Honeymoon Bay - Wineglass Bay

Tasmania's east coast is a dream world, where blue skies, white clouds, colorful waters, and vibrant reefs decorate the coastline. In 1999, the American travel magazine 'Outside' voted Wineglass Bay as one of the top ten beaches in the world. However, Wineglass Bay is nestled among the mountains, and its beauty is not immediately visible; visitors must hike up and put in some effort to appreciate its splendor. We will stop at the beautiful coastal town of Swansea along the way to enjoy the scenery of Tasmania's east coast from different angles. (For safety reasons, the tour guide will not accompany guests on the hike.)

  • DAY 4——Cradle Mountain - Dove Lake - Town of Murals

In the morning, we depart for Cradle Mountain. Located at the northern end of Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park, it is the most famous hiking route and part of the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage Area. The beautiful Cradle Mountain reflects peacefully on the surface of Dove Lake, a scene that is truly unique and a classic shot for photographers. On the way back, we will pass through the town of Sheffield, where you can admire exquisite murals. Hong Kong pop singer Eason Chan and Chinese actors Li Chen and Zhang Xinyu have all left their own mural works here.

  • DAY 5——Swiss Village - Cataract Gorge - Ross Village - Lavender Farm (Seasonal)

Airport Drop-off / Transfer to Designated Hotel:

Airport Drop-off: For drop-off on the last day of the itinerary, it is recommended to book a flight departing from Hobart after 7:35 PM.

Transfer to City Hotel: After the itinerary concludes, you will be transferred to a designated hotel in the city (Best Western Hotel, Hobart City Apartments, Crowne Plaza Hobart).

Launceston is the second-largest city in Tasmania and a gateway to the north of the island. It boasts numerous Victorian-style buildings, permeated with a historical atmosphere. First, we will drive to the Swiss Village, enjoying the beautiful scenery along the Tamar River on the way. Alternatively, from December to January, we will visit the famous lavender farm (admission fee at your own expense). After lunch, we will drive to the Cataract Gorge Reserve, located just 15 minutes from the city center. There, you will find a suspension bridge built in 1904, beautiful Victorian gardens, the world's longest single-span chairlift crossing the gorge (available at your own expense), and cliffside walking trails. You may also spot rare wild peacocks. In the afternoon, we will return to Hobart from Launceston, stopping for sightseeing in the town of Ross.
