'Shiki Uraya' features a variety of signature dishes prepared with meticulous care and handmade from scratch. Our top recommendations are the low-temperature aged 'Aged Beef Tongue' and our popular 'Assorted Skewers'. The assorted platter is especially recommended for sharing among large groups, as it includes a total of 12 skewers across 3 different varieties. We also offer numerous courses that include a 120-minute all-you-can-drink option. Our comfortable Japanese-style space is fully equipped with everything from semi-private rooms to spaces suitable for large groups. Our restaurant is particular about hand-prepared cooking, sparing no time or effort. Our top recommendation is the "aged beef tongue." This is a simple recipe in which low-temperature aged beef tongue is sprinkled with sake and salt and grilled. By grilling it on a wire rack, excess fat and bad odors are removed, bringing out the delicious flavor. Please enjoy. Also, if you come as a group, we recommend the "Assorted Skewers (Rolls)"! We will deliver 12 skewers in 3 types, including "Asparagus Bacon" and "Burdock Wrapped in Burdock" made with three slices of beef tongue.
We have a wide variety of standard drinks on the menu that are perfect for drinking. We have a lineup of shochu and sake that go well with Japanese food such as skewers, grilled meat, and fried foods. We also have a rich plum wine that is popular among women, so you can enjoy a tipsy feeling. In addition, our restaurant is certified by Asahi Beer and will perform "foam cutting" only for customers who request it. We are proud of our creamy foam that goes down smoothly. We also recommend the "Seafood Ceramic Grill" which is grilled with our homemade dressing. There are two types, butter-grilled and sea urchin-grilled, and both can be provided upon request. We offer three types of seafood: shrimp, scallops, and squid. Please enjoy this popular dish, which is delivered piping hot on the ceramic plate. Other great value menu items include the "Eggplant Gratin (large portion)" which is very popular with women, and the "Kimchi Hotpot" which is perfect for the coming cold season, which is 968 yen for 2-3 servings.
The restaurant is filled with a traditional Japanese atmosphere, where you can dine under warm lighting. Please spend a relaxing time in a calm space. There are also semi-private raised tatami rooms separated by folding screens, and rooms for large groups. Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
