  • Skyline Queenstown: 9:00 am–9:00 pm
  • Luge: 10:00 am–7:30 pm in the summer and 10:00 am–5:00 pm in the winter

  • Travelers with the following conditions are not advised to participate in the luge: hypertension, heart disease, acrophobia, epilepsy, and pregnancy
  • Admission is free for children under 4 years old. Please provide the number of children and their ages in the Note section when booking; the local travel agency reserves the right to refuse free admission if travelers fail to inform them in advance

Reminders

  • Children must be older than 4 years old and meet the minimum height requirement of 110 cm to participate in luge on the blue track (beginner track). Otherwise, they must ride in tandem with an adult and an additional fee of NZ$2 will apply. Please note that the actual amount may differ on-site

  • Children older than 9 years old who meet the minimum height requirement of 135 cm may ride the red track (advanced track)

  • Each booking is for one traveler only. Breaking this rule may result in the service being rejected

  • Travelers are advised to bring warm clothes to the tour, as temperatures tend to be lower on the mountain

  • Please refer to the voucher for updated details

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
