"Sumibiyaki" is a hearty dish that is both "grilled" and "smoked" at the same time by pouring chicken oil onto a charcoal fire and raising flames and smoke. Enjoy juicy chicken thighs smoked with the aroma of charcoal and seasoned with yuzu pepper!
At Chidorimaru, we not only serve chicken dishes, but of course we also serve sashimi! We use fresh fish procured from Karato Market. We also serve fish dishes other than sashimi, such as sesame hirassu (sea bream) and pufferfish tempura, in addition to the Fukuoka specialty sesame mackerel!

- Cancellation policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.

Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
