Thanks to the support of many customers from both inside and outside Niimi City, we are celebrating our 91st anniversary this year. We offer our signature 'Bitchu Omatsuri Sushi' (whole mackerel sushi) with a taste that has remained unchanged since our founding, as well as Niimi A-grade gourmet Chiya beef, caviar, sturgeon (some items require reservation), Niimi-produced SPF Peony Pork, and various seasonal ingredients. We also serve rice bowls, set meals, and noodles. With parking and private rooms available, please feel free to visit us for family gatherings or business occasions.
This whole mackerel sushi is made using domestically-produced mackerel from head to tail. Please enjoy the same delicious taste that has remained unchanged since the restaurant first opened.
