*A hidden Mediterranean restaurant in the back alleys of Kagurazaka, featuring an extensive wine selection curated by a sommelier * (Open on Sundays and holidays)
At 'Mediterranean Bar Manoir', we use fresh ingredients sourced daily from Kawamura Suisan in Hakodate and Toyosu, accented with a variety of herbs and spices. We always offer over 12 types of wine by the glass starting from 700 yen, more than 35 types of bottled wine starting from 4500 yen, and a wide selection of other cocktails. Celebrating our 17th year, we continue to provide heartfelt service and the warm, sophisticated cuisine of Chef Hoashi, who brings 29 years of experience in French culinary arts.
Not just with seafood and vegetables, but with any ingredient, the "season" is important. It helps to create a sense of the season, and because it has a strong umami flavor, it doesn't need any extra seasoning. Seasonal seafood is caught that morning from Kawamura Fisheries in Hakodate and shipped directly from the source, and is used in many dishes such as "Bouillabaisse," "Carpaccio," "Squid and Squid Ink Ajillo," "Spicy Shrimp Ajillo," and "Steamed Mussels with Sherry."
We have a bar counter, of course. - Cancellation policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
The restaurant may contact users via email. Please provide an email address that you frequently use and can regularly check.
You understand, agree, and authorize the booking platform to provide booking services and make reservations and relevant requests on your behalf with the restaurant as necessary.
Regardless of the terms and conditions of KKday, this product is a direct contract between the restaurant and the user. KKday customer service will provide support to the best of our ability, but cannot assume any responsibility.
If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
