We offer a wide range of fresh dishes, such as sashimi made with seasonal seafood and 'Chicken Nanban,' a specialty from the owner's hometown of Nobeoka City, Miyazaki Prefecture. Our pride is our sake selection, carefully curated to pair perfectly with our food. With over 20 brands available at any time and frequent rotations, there is always something new to discover! The restaurant features a relaxed atmosphere, making it ideal not only for casual visits but also for business occasions like casual meetings or dinners.
We offer a wide variety of sake, carefully selected from all over the country, to go well with the food we serve! We have the standard selections, as well as some that only connoisseurs know about. The lineup changes almost daily to match the season and the food, so you can enjoy something fresh every time you come. Our most recommended "All-you-can-drink sake course" offers all-you-can-drink sake of around 10 different types! It's a great value plan that makes it easy to try sake for the first time.
The chicken used is fresh and safe, as it is slaughtered that morning! Our recommended dish, "grilled white liver," offers a fluffy, fatty texture and a concentrated umami flavor. We offer a wide variety of chicken cuts slaughtered that morning, including "white liver," known for its rich flavor, "gizzard," which has a fun texture, "tenderloin," which is beautiful to look at, and "thigh meat," which is soft and easy to eat. Enjoy according to your mood. It goes perfectly with alcohol.
"Chicken Nanban" has been popular since the restaurant first opened! We offer it in the original recipe from "Kimura," a restaurant serving set meals in the owner's hometown of Nobeoka, Miyazaki Prefecture. You can enjoy the local flavor.
Once you place your order, we will smoke it over the fire. It will arrive at your table in a pot, and when you open the lid, smoke will rise up and you can enjoy the hot, freshly smoked food! We have four types: Camembert, ray fin, quail egg, and cheese bacon sausage. The aroma of smoked food will fill the air inside the store♪ It goes very well with Japanese whiskey!

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.

You understand, agree, and authorize the booking platform to provide booking services and make reservations and relevant requests on your behalf with the restaurant as necessary.
Regardless of the terms and conditions of KKday, this product is a direct contract between the restaurant and the user. KKday customer service will provide support to the best of our ability, but cannot assume any responsibility.
If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
