Opened in 2010, 'Yakiniku Motoyama Shinjuku Branch' is a sister store of the popular restaurant 'Yakiniku Motoyama', which has been featured in TV and magazines and has been serving high-quality Wagyu beef since its establishment in Okachimachi, Tokyo in 1975. Focusing on Kobe beef, you can enjoy carefully selected A5-rank Kuroge Wagyu beef at about 60% of the price of high-end restaurants! We use Kobe beef for our rib meat, and you can also taste rare cuts such as 'Tokusen Misuji' (top blade), of which only about 2kg can be obtained from one cow, and 'Zabuton' (chuck flap), of which only 3-4kg can be obtained.
Our restaurant was established in 1975 in Okachimachi, Tokyo. Since our predecessor, we have been committed to providing our customers with Wagyu beef, especially specially selected Kuroge Wagyu beef. We also ensure thorough safety management from the production site to delivery, so that our customers can truly enjoy high-quality meat! We offer our meat at a price that is about 60% of that of other high-end restaurants! Please come and try our melt-in-your-mouth yakiniku, which we are proud of.
We have absolute confidence in the meat we serve! We want you to try it at least once! This "Carefully Selected Three-Piece Platter" is made up of rare cuts, and is a dish that Yakiniku Motoyama confidently recommends. It is an assortment of rare cuts, "Specially Selected Misuji 2/600, Specially Selected Togarashi, and Specially Selected Sankaku." Be careful not to overcook it! Please eat it lightly seared. The restaurant is equipped with comfortable sofa-style table seats and fully private rooms that can accommodate 4 to 12 people. "Japanese Black Beef Nigiri" allows you to enjoy the finest meat as sashimi. The varieties are "Large Sirloin", "Sankaku", and "Today's Special", and the rich flavor of the Japanese beef fills your mouth, making you want to keep chewing. It goes great with wasabi!
