At our restaurant, we prepare our soba noodles in-house every day. The soba, ground fresh with a stone mill, boasts a rich aroma and flavor. The rich and flavorful sweet and savory dipping sauce, characteristic of Edo-style soba, perfectly complements the thin, smooth noodles. We also offer a wide selection of sake that pairs wonderfully with our soba, as well as seasonal dishes and appetizers to enjoy before your soba. We also have private rooms available, so please consider us for special banquets or memorable occasions in Toyosu.
The calm, high-quality interior of the restaurant is equipped with private rooms where you can relax and enjoy a sense of privacy. It can accommodate 4 to 8 people, so it is recommended for special occasions, dinner parties, and business entertainment. The sunken kotatsu table allows you to stretch your legs and relax. We order buckwheat from contracted farmers when it is at its best, so you can enjoy authentic soba noodles with the aroma locked in. We are particular about using only the amount we would use every day. Our proud soba noodles have been made to bring out the best in color, flavor, and texture, as well as a smooth texture. Recommended both as a meal or as a final treat after a night of drinking.
Once you pass through the large noren curtain, you will find yourself in a sophisticated, high-quality space. The spacious restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere and offers a variety of seating options, including table seats, private rooms, and counter seats. We welcome solo diners. Please come and relax.
You can enjoy soba and other dishes made with plenty of seasonal ingredients according to the season. The combination of the flavors of "tempura" and "dashi/kaeshi" with the seasons is unique to a soba restaurant. We have a wide variety of dishes available, so please enjoy them.

- Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.

You understand, agree, and authorize the booking platform to provide booking services and make reservations and relevant requests on your behalf with the restaurant as necessary.
Notwithstanding anything contained in KKday's Terms of Use, this product is a direct contract between the restaurant and the user. KKday customer service will provide assistance to the best of our ability, but cannot assume any responsibility.
If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
