Nestled in a quiet residential area of Hiroo, this is a hidden gem known to those in the know. The first floor features an L-shaped counter and dining tables, with private bookings available. The second floor offers Japanese-style private rooms perfect for business dinners. The third floor is a luxury lounge equipped with side-by-side counter seating and private sofa rooms. Be sure to try our signature 'Ginjo Karasumi Soba' (mullet roe buckwheat noodles). We offer a wide selection of wines and sake, and you can enjoy your meal via our course menus or à la carte.
There are many repeat customers who come to try this delicious dish, and our Ginjo Karasumi Soba is ever-popular. Ginjo Karasumi, polished with sake and finished in a unique way, is moist and has a great flavor. It goes perfectly with Koumoto's soba! Please enjoy our signature dish.
There are three tables and seven seats at the L-shaped counter. The tables are perfect for casual business meetings or meals with friends or family, while the counter seats allow you to enjoy a live performance in front of the head chef.
There are two private rooms on the second floor, one for a maximum of four people and one for six people. As these are semi-private rooms, if you remove the partition, a maximum of 12 people can dine together. These are the most commonly used rooms for entertaining guests and meetings. *Please note that these are not fully private rooms.
The third floor has two private rooms, one for four and one for six people, and eight seats at the counter. As these are semi-private rooms, if you remove the partitions, a maximum of 12 people can dine together. The counter is perfect for dates, and the private rooms can be used for private events or celebrations.

- Cancellation policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).
If you are unable to come to our store, please be sure to cancel your reservation before departure. If you do not cancel, you will be charged the following fees (the actual fee will be based on the information on your booking confirmation): There is no cancellation policy.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
