Certo was established in Sydney, Australia, in 1999. It started as a unique restaurant where a Japanese chef served Italian cuisine using fresh Australian ingredients. It won numerous awards and was featured in local newspapers. On December 15, 2006, we opened Certo in Yotsuya Sanchome, Tokyo. We offer Italian cuisine paired primarily with Australian wines.

At Certo, we specialize in Australian and New Zealand wines. We stock vintages that are hard to find in Japan. The food is Italian and matches the wine perfectly. Please enjoy our unconventional and original dishes with wine.
A private room is available for one group per day, and reservations are required! It can accommodate 6 to 12 guests. If you would like to dine without worrying about being seen by others, please contact the restaurant.
If you make a reservation by the day before, we will give you a special dolce with a message. We also accept parties for small groups. Please use it for anniversaries and birthdays. We also have a relaxing counter and a spacious space. Please spend a wonderful time with your family, partner, or friends.
