A5-ranked Saga and Omi beef specially selected, charcoal-grilled over binchotan charcoal! If you're looking for Saga and Omi beef dishes in Kamata, trust us! We have a wide selection of over 70 different cuts (types) of meat, from offal to lean meat! We also have a wide selection of meats other than beef, such as Miyazaki chicken and Kumamoto horse sashimi! Since our founding, we have been particular about "charcoal-grilling over binchotan charcoal" to bring out the maximum flavor of the meat. If you make a reservation for 12 or more people, we also offer a weekday private plan.
Our restaurant mainly serves Omi beef and Saga beef. We also have a variety of value sets, such as assorted platters. While many yakiniku restaurants do not focus on the origin (brand) of their beef, our restaurant always limits the brand and origin of the beef, ensuring a consistent beef flavor!
We bring out the best flavor of Kobe beef and Omi beef by charcoal grilling using binchotan charcoal, which can reach a maximum temperature of 800 to 1000 degrees! Charcoal grilling at high temperatures cooks the meat in a short time, burning off most of the excess fat and calories, allowing you to enjoy healthy, fragrant marbled meat dishes!
We always have over 30 types of rare cuts of Saga beef and Omi beef in stock. You can order your favorite cuts, such as sirloin, rib core, thigh, ridge, chestnut, round core, etc. If you want to eat a small amount at a time, we recommend the rare cuts platter! In addition to Wagyu beef, we also carry a wide variety of meats, such as Iberian pork, Kumamoto horse meat, and Miyazaki chicken! We also offer over 20 cuts (types) of red meat!
At our restaurant, we have set up spacious tables so that even 2-3 customers can dine comfortably without feeling cramped. We also have sunken kotatsu seats available for customers with small children. For parties of 7 or more, we can also connect the tables, so please inquire when making your reservation.

Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
