Guinea fowl, which we purchase directly from Ishiguro Farm in Iwate Prefecture, is rich in protein, vitamins, and collagen, and is also low in cholesterol, making it a recommended food for those who are concerned about their beauty and health. Guinea fowl is packed with flavor and is made without any medicines, so you can enjoy its mild taste. Enjoy charcoal-grilled skewers and thick omelets made with guinea fowl eggs with Japanese sake, which goes perfectly with the dish.
The interior of the restaurant, made using earth and wood, is a warm and relaxing space that is conscious of nature. There are 40 seats in total, and you can enjoy your meal while watching the yakitori being grilled over the counter, so it is perfect for solo travelers or dates. The sunken kotatsu seats are spacious and allow you to stretch your legs out and relax, making it perfect for family gatherings or girls' nights out, with children and the elderly.
With the cooperation of the second generation owner of Masayoshi Seika, a Tsukiji store founded in 1968, we source delicious vegetables, so you can feel how fresh they are. We also source only the freshest seafood, carefully selected from Tsukiji early in the morning, so the sashimi platter changes every day. We deliver a full selection of appetizers, salads, fish dishes, meat dishes, grilled dishes, fried dishes, and even a final dish every day, so look forward to it!
