Our 'Liver' skewer is particularly renowned for its exceptional taste. Many customers have told us, 'I don't usually like liver, but I can eat this one.' Our most popular menu item is the grilled skewers, made with carefully prepared Oyama chicken ground that morning. The grilled skewers are made by our skilled chef, who grills different parts of the chicken, such as thighs and liver, according to their taste. The liver has a mild flavor that anyone can enjoy, and there are many customers who say, "I don't like liver, but I can eat this." We also have a variety of other skewers available. Besides the grilled skewers, the a la carte dishes made with carefully selected ingredients are also popular. In small clay pots, dishes such as yudofu and mizutaki are made with homemade chicken broth, and the chicken flavor seeps into the ingredients, creating a gentle flavor. How about some Japanese sake to go with your meal? We offer local sake from all over Japan, which changes monthly. The sake changes with the season, so please enjoy the fine sake that can only be tasted at that time of year. Glasses are available from 880 yen. If you would like to share with several people, we recommend a 4-go bottle. We also have a menu for 2,400 yen per bottle, so please try it. Enjoy a relaxing meal with delicious food and drinks.
The indirect lighting creates a calm, adult atmosphere inside the restaurant. We have spacious counter seats and lustrous wooden table seats. There are 11 seats in total at the counter. The seats are spacious, so it is perfect for both single diners and couples. We also have semi-private rooms available.
