【Private Rooms Available】Enjoy exquisite Mizutaki (chicken hot pot) and chicken dishes in a charming, detached house that makes you forget you are in the heart of the city
The space features private table rooms on the 1st and 4th floors, popular open-style table seating for banquets on the 2nd floor, and private horigotatsu (sunken kotatsu) rooms on the 3rd floor where you can take off your shoes and relax. Our signature dish is the Mizutaki hot pot, a recipe we have carefully preserved since our founding. The collagen-rich soup, simmered for 8–10 hours in a large pot using 100 chicken carcasses, releases an aroma packed with chicken umami that is sure to whet your appetite. Please enjoy it with our carefully selected shochu and sake.
Sakaeya's Mizutaki, a dish that has been handed down for many years, is not something that can be made by simply simmering chicken bones in water; it is the soup that can only be made by paying careful attention to every step, such as cleaning the bones, the amount of water and chicken bones, the heat, the simmering time, and how the bones are crushed.
The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for entertaining, dining, and entertaining. Table seating and sunken kotatsu seating are available.
We recommend the all-you-can-drink plan for banquets.

- The dining time is limited to '2 hours during busy periods.' Please be aware of this in advance. ・Menu items may change depending on availability. ・As cancellation fees apply, please contact us by the day before if there are any changes to the number of guests. ・If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your reserved time, your reservation will be treated as a cancellation. ・The 2-hour time limit starts from your reserved time. ・This is a limited-time plan.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
