Their signature dish, "braised pork," has been made for over 40 years since the restaurant first opened, and is so delicious that it even wowed guests on a TV show. This exquisite dish, made using traditional cooking methods, is so incredibly tender that it will take you to a state of bliss. Then there's the stir-fry of water lotus, a rare Taiwanese vegetable that is not available in the general Japanese market. This dish is made by stir-frying long, string-like water lotus with shredded ginger and pickled poach (a Taiwanese nut). Enjoy the crunchy texture of this unique Taiwanese ingredient.

The owner himself catches fish every week, and keeps them fresh by draining the blood using the "Tsumoto method" invented by a famous fish wholesaler. The menu is created based on the catch. The menu changes each time, and includes sashimi, steamed fish, deep-fried fish, glass noodles in soup made with fish bones, and rice vermicelli. They also serve luxurious fish ball soup made with high-quality fish such as flounder, red sea bream, and black rockfish. Because they purchase their own fish, they can be enjoyed at reasonable prices without regard for profitability.

We import carefully selected high-quality tea leaves from Taiwan, which is famous for its tea. We have a wide selection of Taiwanese teas, including oolong tea, osmanthus tea, jasmine tea, and dried fruit tea. We also have a wide variety of beers, from standard draft beer to Taiwanese beer, mango beer, lychee beer, pineapple beer, and local Taiwanese craft beer (honey lager, honey lemon lager, seasonal lager, etc.). We only have unfiltered Shaoxing wine, so please give it a try.

Conveniently located just a one-minute walk from Ikenoue Station. The restaurant exudes an authentic Taiwanese atmosphere, with counter seats, one table for two, and two tables for four. The tatami room has two tables for four and one table for six. The tatami room can also be rented for private use for 10 to 16 people. Enjoy a relaxing time alone, or with your family or friends, while experiencing the local atmosphere. We also welcome reservations for anniversaries and banquets.
