The menu focuses on seasonal ingredients. We take pride in our fresh fish shipped directly from Iwafune and Sado, as well as Niigata sake and delicacies personally selected by the owner. Since we receive shipments directly from Niigata breweries, we offer a wide selection of sake that is usually only available locally.
You can enjoy limited quantities of local sake delivered by the brewery each season. We have a wide selection of Echigo local sake, from dry to savory and nigori sake, that you won't find in other stores!
Because it is carefully selected and shipped directly from Sado, it is extremely fatty and fresh! Please enjoy the bounty of nature that can only be enjoyed at this time of year!

If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time without prior notice, your reservation will be cancelled. For reservations of 5 or more guests, please contact us by phone. Only a portion of the restaurant's seating is available for online booking. Even if the online system shows no availability, we may still be able to accommodate you, so please contact us by phone.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
