Hotel pickup is limited to hotels in Osaka city. If you need to pick up and drop off in other areas, you need to quote separately. If you need to pick up and drop off at hotels outside Osaka city, please ask your customer service.

Please provide the detailed hotel name and address of the hotel or location in Osaka you wish to pick up and drop off in the remarks column, as well as the hotel's contact number.

If you plan to join a group, you need to go to the designated location of your choice to gather.

Arashiyama train is for group reservations, and carriages and seats cannot be designated. Since small train tickets are only available for reservation one month before the boarding date, the number of tickets is limited. If you are unable to take the train on the same day, the small train fare of 880 yen will be refunded.

If the weather is bad, you may not be able to board the Hozu River Cruise. If you are unable to board the Hozu River Cruise, the group ticket fee for the Hozu River Cruise will be refunded.

Please note that those who do not arrive on the day, drop out of the group, or voluntarily abandon the tour due to personal reasons are not allowed to request refunds or compensation.

For safety reasons, the Hozu River Cruise is restricted to children and adults over 80 centimeters tall. Please note before placing an order. If you are unable to board on the day of departure due to lack of height, no refunds will be issued for passengers who are unable to board and their accompanying persons. , please forgive me.

In order to consider the travel safety of travelers and the travel rights of other group members, if you have chronic diseases, mobility difficulties, etc., please proactively inform us when registering.

Minors or children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult when participating in the tour. Passengers over the age of 80 must be accompanied by family members or friends.

Based on travel safety and itinerary smoothness, the company reserves the right and obligation to adjust the itinerary, modify activities or cancel the tour. If the tour is canceled, the full tour fee will be refunded.

The flower viewing period or maple viewing period may vary slightly depending on weather conditions. Once the itinerary is organized, the trip will not be affected by the blooming/red maple conditions, so please be informed.

The Hozu River Cruise is an open boat and there is no heating equipment on board. Please be sure to wear warm clothes when boarding the boat in winter.

This itinerary only provides guided tours in Chinese or Japanese, but does not provide language services for attraction introductions.
