The 'Encore Dunhuang' performance is located at the 'Encore Dunhuang' Theater, west of the Mogao Grottoes Digital Exhibition Center in Dunhuang City, Jiuquan, Gansu Province. The theater itself is a striking building in the desert, resembling an exhibition hall or art gallery rather than a traditional theater. The design seems created specifically for this performance, offering the audience a brand-new, fluid way of viewing. At times, the audience even moves on the same platform as the actors, a format that brings 'blind box' style surprises to the viewers. 'Encore Dunhuang' is a feast for the eyes and the soul, and it is an experience worth having for anyone who loves culture and art.
