The exact departure time will be sent to you via KKday message the day before departure. Please check your KKday messages before departure. Please be sure to arrive at the designated location at the check-in time on the day of departure. Late arrivals will not be waited for and no refund will be given.
Visitor center service hours: 7:00 am to 22:00 pm. (Hot and cold water dispensers are provided and various beverages are sold. They can be purchased at the counter during business hours)
The ferry schedule is subject to scheduling. Please inform and confirm the ferry schedule in advance. If you cannot accept it, please do not make a reservation.
The entrance time is 15:00 and the exit time is 11:00 at the latest. If you need to cooperate with the ferry, please exit 30 minutes before the flight.
The event is free to participate. If you fail to show up on time or cannot accommodate the time, it will be deemed as giving up and no compensation or refund will be given. Due to the tides and the number of people, the daily activity time is different. If the weather is bad or the wind and waves are strong on the day of the activity, in order to protect the safety of tourists, Yuanbeileying reserves the right to change the <alternative itinerary> or cancel it. If you need to charter the venue or charter a boat for customized arrangements, please contact us.
To maintain the environment and experience quality, pets are not allowed.
If there are children in the park and nearby coasts, breakwaters, wooden pallets, animals, etc., parents are requested to accompany them throughout the entire process, pay attention to the safety of the children and keep them within sight.
The camping area is surrounded by the sea and close to the breakwater to avoid danger. If you go into the water without a coach and cause an accident, it is your personal behavior and the park will not be responsible for compensation.
Washing facilities and toilets are shared, please keep them clean. In response to environmental protection and energy conservation, power consumption control is implemented. It is prohibited to bring hair dryers privately to prevent power outages. Hair dryers are provided in public bathrooms for on-site use. If you need a baby bathtub, you can borrow it from the counter. There is also a parent-child friendly space with a diaper changing table available for use.
The cabin is provided for rest and makeup. The style cannot be selected. If you are elderly or have mobility difficulties, please inform us in advance if you need to be closer to the bathroom facilities. If you cannot accept this, please do not make a reservation. No refund will be given on site. Please understand.
Eating and drinking are prohibited in the cabin. Please do not bring food from the dining area or any tableware into the cabin for consumption. The park completely prohibits the private use of open flames, induction cookers and other electrical appliances.
The kitchen refrigerator has limited space and is only used to keep breast milk, baby food and cakes fresh. Beverages, alcohol, snacks, etc. are not refrigerated. If you need ice, you can buy it at the counter.
The park responds to the green tourism environmental protection and carbon reduction policy and reduces the supply of consumables. It only provides towels, bath towels, shared shower gel and shampoo, etc. You can also contact the park counter to purchase toiletry bags (including toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, etc., $50/piece). If you camp continuously, the supplies will not be replaced.
The park is an open area, so please pay attention to your own safety. Please keep your personal valuables by yourself. The camping area is not responsible for the safekeeping and will not be responsible for any loss (VIPs in the Dadi Tent Area can lock their belongings in lockers if necessary); please carefully count your luggage when leaving the camping area to avoid losing anything. If you need assistance to send back any items, please pay for the shipping cost yourself.
There are general trash cans and recycling bins in the park. Please do not discard trash anywhere and implement trash sorting.
The camping area will be volume-controlled after 22:00 (no more than 40 decibels). Please respect the rest rights of other tourists and community residents and lower the volume. Those who refuse to listen will be stopped and no refund will be given.
It is inconvenient to transport materials to the island. If the park equipment (including ancillary facilities) is damaged due to personal factors, compensation must be paid according to the price.
It is forbidden to move tables and chairs in the park and equipment in the cabins. If you refuse to comply after repeated warnings, all activities will be cancelled and no refunds will be given.
If there are force majeure factors (such as typhoons, earthquakes, etc.) on the day of the experience, resulting in the cancellation of flights or boats (with proof), you can choose to fully refund the deposit or reschedule
It is not easy to transport and store materials and recruit manpower in outlying islands. If there are any changes in services and meals, please follow the content provided on site. If you cannot accept it, please do not make a reservation.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 14 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 10 to 13 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 7 to 9 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 60% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
