  • [9:30 / 11:30] Upon arrival at Tsuken Port, you will be guided to the activity site by the Tsuken Island Sea Cruise bus from the Tsuken Port parking lot.

  • On the day, show your booking name or voucher at the Heshikiya Passenger Terminal at Heshikiya Port to receive your ferry tickets.

  • Ferries depart on schedule. If you miss your selected ferry, please contact us.

  • Please note that refunds cannot be issued if you miss the ferry due to late arrival. Traffic congestion is possible, so please allow plenty of time to get to the port.

  • Marine activities can be chosen on the day. The optional add-on (snorkeling) can also be booked on the day.

  • Whether the plan operates is decided based on the sea conditions on the day. If it is canceled, we will contact you in advance.

  • The plan runs in rainy weather, but the schedule may change depending on sea conditions. It will be canceled if sea conditions are poor due to a typhoon, weather advisory, or warning, in which case no cancellation fee applies.

  • Marine activities may be canceled on the day due to sudden thunderstorms or similar conditions. All marine activity fees will be refunded, but the round-trip ferry fare and other charges are non-refundable.

How to Get There
Please present your reservation name or voucher at the Heshikiya District Passenger Shelter at Heshikiya Port. You will be given a ferry ticket. When you arrive at Tsuken Port, you will be taken to the experience location by Tsuken Island Sea Cruises bus from the Tsuken Port parking lot.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
