After your booking is confirmed, you will be invited to a LINE group chat with your assigned photographer or guide to ensure smooth communication during the tour.
If you do not have a LINE account, please download and register for the app in advance.
If you are unable to use LINE, please contact us separately.

Please note that if you lose any of your belongings during the process, it will be difficult to recover them.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
