The eSIM is valid for 180 days, starting from the date of purchase. Please use it within the validity period. No refunds or extensions will be provided for expired eSIMs.
Before installing the eSIM, please ensure you are connected to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile network, then scan the QR Code to add the mobile plan. You can install the eSIM in Taiwan (departure point) and activate it upon arrival at your destination.
One QR code can only be scanned once by one mobile phone. It cannot be changed after binding. If you receive a message to contact your carrier or other prompts, please restart your phone or contact customer service.
Please keep this QR Code safe. It will become invalid once scanned and cannot be reissued. Please install according to the instructions and do not exit the screen during the process to avoid the phone misidentifying the eSIM, which could lead to deletion or errors.
Day calculation method: Once you arrive in the destination country, turn on data roaming and successfully connect to the network. Days are calculated based on the Taiwan calendar (GMT+8). Midnight (00:00) GMT+8 marks the start of a new day, not based on a 24-hour cycle.
Hotspot sharing consumes bandwidth, and network speed will vary based on the terminal device and location. Therefore, minimum network speed is not guaranteed. Please confirm before placing your order.
