• No cancellations or refunds after booking.

• No refunds will be provided for any cancellations.

• No refunds for no-shows or cancellations.

• Images are for reference only.

• Must be used on the booked date and within operating hours; expired vouchers will be invalid.

• In case of any dispute, KKday and the supplier reserve the right to the final decision.

• No refunds will be provided if you decide to terminate the service midway.

• Customers are liable for any damage to vehicle equipment, tools, or property caused by negligence (excluding normal wear and tear) and must cover repair or replacement costs.

• Please keep your belongings safe. KKday and the supplier are not responsible for any damage or theft occurring before, during, or after the trip.

• KKday and the supplier are not responsible for any injuries sustained by customers during the trip.

• If a customer shows symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, or runny nose on the day of the trip, boarding will be refused, and no refunds will be provided by KKday or the supplier.

• All vehicles used for this activity are covered by government-mandated insurance. Customers are welcome to purchase personal travel insurance if needed.

Severe Weather Policy:

• In case of extreme weather (e.g., tropical cyclone signals, typhoons), the merchant will contact you directly to arrange a date change or itinerary adjustment (e.g., to indoor attractions). No refunds will be provided.
