  • Package Contents:
    The package includes the following items, which must be used within the period of your round-trip THSR tickets. Unused items will be considered forfeited and cannot be extended or exchanged for other services.

  • Shuttle (Shared ride):
    * This is a shared ride service. Please book based on your THSR round-trip ticket times. The shuttle company will contact you one day before departure to coordinate pickup; please keep your phone accessible.
    * Please arrive at the designated pickup point 10 minutes in advance to avoid missing the shuttle. No changes, cancellations, or refunds will be granted if you miss the shuttle due to late arrival.
    * Departure pickup point: THSR Zuoying Station - Walk through Exit 5 of the station lobby - Take the escalator to the 4th floor - Board at the parking lot (If there are any changes, the driver will contact you on the day).
    * Return pickup point: Directly opposite the exit of Donggang Ferry Terminal - Board in front of the Zhongnan Taxi office (No. 2, Chaolong Rd., Donggang Township).

    Itinerary:

    Boarding Instructions:
    (1) Business hours 08:00-17:00. The round trip takes about 40 minutes (Additional departures available on weekends).
    (2) Please arrive 15 minutes early to register your flight at the on-site counter with your ticket. Each boat has a maximum capacity of 45 passengers.
    (3) Infants 3 years and under must purchase insurance for NT$60 on-site.
    (4) You must present your National Health Insurance card or ID card on-site to register insurance information.
    (5) The ticket includes passenger accident insurance for the vessel.
    (6) The boat is designed to be motion-sickness-friendly, but if you are prone to motion sickness, it is recommended to bring your own medication and take it 30 minutes before departure.
    (7) For safety reasons, departures are subject to sea conditions on the day.

  • Snorkeling:
    (1) Snorkeling lasts about 1.5 hours, including changing and safety briefings.
    (2) Includes activity equipment: wetsuit, life jacket, mask, snorkel, snorkeling photos, and instructor.
    (3) Suitable for visitors aged 7-60 years old interested in snorkeling activities.
    (4) Wear simple and light clothing; you may wear a swimsuit or swimming trunks underneath.
    (5) Snorkeling is not recommended for those with heart disease, asthma, high blood pressure, or other cardiovascular conditions. Pregnant women may not participate in snorkeling.
    (6) Snorkeling time: The instructor will contact you by phone to confirm the time; please be aware of calls or text messages from unknown numbers.

  • Kayaking:
    (1) Kayaking lasts about 1.5 hours, including changing, check-in, and instruction.
    (2) The activity fee includes: professional instructor guidance, basic training, activity photos, activity insurance, and full kayaking equipment (including life jacket).
    (3) Wear clothing that is comfortable for movement.
    (4) Participation is not recommended for those with heart disease, asthma, high blood pressure, or other serious medical conditions. Pregnant women, children, and seniors are advised to assess their own physical condition before choosing to participate.
    (5) Kayaking slots: 08:00, 10:00, 13:00, 14:30, and the current sunset tour at 17:00 (Times may change by season; winter/summer slots are adjusted based on sunset times). The instructor will contact you within two days before departure to confirm your slot; please be aware of calls or text messages from unknown numbers.

  • 125cc Scooter Pickup:
    1. Pick up your scooter voucher at the Lanbai Shipping counter when you collect your ferry tickets.
    2. A heavy-duty motorcycle license is required for rental.
    3. Before boarding the ferry, please contact the scooter provider listed on your voucher (e.g., Lehuo Scooter at 0928-403036 or 0921208195) to inform them of your arrival time. After disembarking, the provider will guide you to pick up the scooter. During long holidays or special events, you may be assigned to a different scooter provider due to high demand; this will be communicated when you pick up your tickets at the Lanbai Shipping counter.
    4. Please follow traffic regulations and wear a helmet. You are liable for any damage to the scooter.
    5. Business hours: 07:30-16:30. The scooter must be returned within the rental period.

    2. If you are traveling with children 6 years and under who do not require a THSR ticket, the itinerary fees must be paid on-site. Please contact the designated travel agency at least 3 days before departure.

In accordance with the Maritime and Port Bureau's real-name policy and insurance requirements, all passengers must provide identification (ID card, passport, National Health Insurance card, or driver's license). If you do not have your ID, please provide your name, ID number, and date of birth to the ferry staff.
    4. According to government regulations, the period from May 1 to October 31 is the green sea turtle nesting season. Access to green sea turtle protected areas, including Zhongao, Venice, and Duziping beaches, is prohibited from 20:00 to 05:00 the following day. Violators will be fined under the Wildlife Conservation Act.
    5. To support environmental protection, we recommend bringing your own reusable water bottle.

- THSR Ticket Types -

  • Adult: Passengers aged 12 and above must purchase an adult ticket.

  • Senior Ticket: Passengers aged 65 and above (on the date of travel) who hold a national ID card or a government-issued photo ID that includes their ID number and date of birth.

  • Concession Ticket: Nationals holding a Disability Certificate (pink). (The 'Necessary Accompanier Discount' field on the back of the Disability Certificate must state 'Domestic Public Transportation' to be eligible for a Concession Ticket for one necessary accompanier.)

  • Child Ticket: Children under 12 years old may purchase a child ticket. Children under 12 who are taller than 150 cm must present proof of age.

  • Free Child: Children under 115 cm in height, or children over 115 cm who are confirmed to be under 6 years old by proof of age, may travel for free if they do not occupy a seat. (Please purchase a child ticket if a seat is required.) Free children must be accompanied by an adult passenger, and each passenger may bring up to 2 free children.

  • Seats on high-speed trains are automatically assigned by the system. We cannot guarantee seat continuity, nor can we specify seats or carriages. If you require consecutive seats, please indicate this in the remarks column. Actual seating arrangements are subject to the system's assignment results.
  • If you need to change your train/bus number, please contact KKday customer service 8 days before departure. Only one change is allowed. No changes will be accepted within 7 days of departure.
  • High-speed rail reservations open 29 days before departure. Orders can be placed up to 29 days in advance, but securing a seat cannot be guaranteed.
  • Because high-speed rail tickets can only be booked within 29 days (including the day of travel), if the 29th day falls on a Friday or Saturday, you can flexibly book tickets up to Sunday. If your travel date is beyond the booking period, the order processing staff will prioritize booking the train you need after booking opens, but the actual train availability will depend on the reply from the order processing staff.
  • Due to differences in region and hotel system attributes, if you have special requirements (such as one large bed/two small beds; crib, etc.), please make your request when the order is placed. We will then make the request to the hotel on your behalf. However, whether or not the request is obtained depends on the availability of rooms at the hotel. We apologize for any inconvenience.
  • The definition of a child varies from hotel to hotel, and additional charges may apply on-site, depending on the hotel's policy.
  • For children not occupying a bed, the price only includes insurance and administrative processing fees. If a high-speed rail ticket is required, it can be purchased when selecting the number of tickets. Any other additional costs must be borne by the customer on-site.

  • If you have already issued a high-speed rail ticket, an additional cancellation fee of NTD20 per ticket will be charged (round-trip tickets count as 2 tickets)
  • Free cancellation for more than eight days before departure. 7-4 days before departure (excluding the departure date) for changes or cancellations, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged.
  • If you notify us of any changes or cancellations within three days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), a cancellation fee of 70% of the total amount will be charged.
  • If you notify us of changes or cancellations on the departure date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount will be charged.
  • (For example, if you depart on 12/8 and change or cancel your order before 11/30, you will be charged a free cancellation fee. If you change or cancel your order between 12/1 and 4, you will be charged a 30% handling fee. If you change or cancel your order between 12/5 and 7, you will be charged a 70% handling fee.)

  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
