【Using the Bikes】
1. Go to Kona Stay Izu Nagaoka's front desk.
2. Show your KKday electronic ticket.
3. You will get your bike and an explanation on how to use it, and then you can go!
*You may not choose your preferred bike
4. To return your bike, take it back to Kona Stay Izu Nagaoka's front desk.
・You will be charged an extension fee if you do not return your bike by the designated bike return time.
・Please make sure to call us if you are going to be late.
・On the day of your bike rental, you can use the hot spring free of charge. (Until 10:00pm/from 12:00pm)
【What to Wear】
For your safety, please wear clothes suitable for cycling. Wearing wide-leg pants or other garments that are very long or wide, skirts, scarves, and sandals is forbidden. We also recommend wearing sunglasses and gloves.

Our car parking lot has limited slots, so please inquire about availability with the front desk before parking your car.
Cancellation will incur cancellation charges, except if it is due to bad weather, if an emergency warning has been issued or if we deem cycling to be too dangerous.
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
