- THSR Ticket Types -
Adult: Tickets for passengers aged 12 and over.
Senior Ticket: For citizens aged 65 or older (based on the date of travel) who hold a National ID card or government-issued identification with a photo, ID number, and date of birth.
Concession Ticket: For citizens holding a Disability Certificate (pink). (The 'Necessary Companion Discount' field on the back of the certificate must indicate 'Domestic Public Transportation' to be eligible for one companion discount.)
Child Ticket: Children under 12 may purchase child tickets. Children over 150 cm tall under 12 must present proof of age.
Free Ticket for Children: Children under 115 cm, or children over 115 cm who are confirmed to be under 6 years old with proof, may travel for free if they do not occupy a seat. (Please purchase a child ticket if a seat is required.) Free-ticket children must be accompanied by an adult, and each passenger is limited to two children traveling for free.

- Seats on high-speed trains are automatically assigned by the system. We cannot guarantee seat continuity, nor can we specify seats or carriages. If you require consecutive seats, please indicate this in the remarks column. Actual seating arrangements are subject to the system's assignment results.
- If you need to change your train/bus number, please contact KKday customer service 8 days before departure. Only one change is allowed. No changes will be accepted within 7 days of departure.
- High-speed rail reservations open 29 days before departure. Orders can be placed up to 29 days in advance, but securing a seat cannot be guaranteed.
- Because high-speed rail tickets can only be booked within 29 days (including the day of travel), if the 29th day falls on a Friday or Saturday, you can flexibly book tickets up to Sunday. If your travel date is beyond the booking period, the order processing staff will prioritize booking the train you need after booking opens, but the actual train availability will depend on the reply from the order processing staff.
- Due to differences in regions and supplier systems, if you have any special requirements, please make them when the order is placed. We will then submit your requirements to the supplier. However, whether or not the requirements are met depends on the supplier's tour schedule. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- The definition of a child varies depending on the itinerary, and any additional charges on-site are subject to the regulations of the service provider.
- For children not occupying a bed, the price only includes insurance and administrative processing fees. If a high-speed rail ticket is required, it can be purchased when selecting the number of tickets. Any other additional costs must be borne by the customer on-site.
- Children not occupying a bed: This means that the child does not occupy a bed. If you decide to have 2 children share a bed, please select 1 child + 1 child not occupying a bed; the maximum number of children not occupying a bed is 2 (for any additional restrictions on the number of children, please see the child definition description for each product). Children not occupying a bed do not include hotel meals, facility use and supplies.
- Placing an order for a package does not mean the reservation is complete. A voucher will be issued after the order processing staff confirms the order and indicates that the order has been successfully placed. If you have any doubts, please do not place an order.
Reminders
Before ordering this product, please be sure to read the product order instructions and related agreements carefully. If the orderer is not the passenger himself, the orderer will be in the status of an agent, that is, he is obliged to fully inform the passenger of his own itinerary. The price includes a round-trip full ticket for the reserved seat in the high-speed rail standard car; the boarding date must be the same as the hotel check-in or the itinerary departure date, and a single order is limited to the same point of entry and exit at the departure station and the destination station, and take the same train number. If the itinerary needs to be delayed, the hotel's return shuttle service is kindly requested by passengers. The item is a round trip ticket, and no one-way refund is allowed.
This special high-speed rail ticket is a discounted fare, which can only be used on duty on the same day, and is anonymous. If lost, it will not be reissued, please keep it safe. Any alteration, defacement that makes it difficult to identify, or photocopying is invalid.
If the itinerary includes accommodation, check-in and check-out times are subject to the regulations of each hotel. If the itinerary includes accommodation, the advertised price will match with a limited number of room types, and the actual room types that can be sold will depend on the sales situation, and other room types cannot be replaced.
For pre-orders departing after the 29th, please fill in the 2 to 3 high-speed rail trains you want to take on the outbound and return trips in the "Order Notes". The actual trains obtained will be subject to the customer service staff's reply.

- High-speed rail reservations are only available within 29 days of your travel date. If your travel date is not within 29 days, your reservation will be made and sent after the opening date.
- Each passenger in the same order is limited to boarding/disembarking at the same station and cannot board/disembark at different stations.
- High-Speed Rail holiday tickets are special, with specific departure and arrival stations. For example, if you depart from Taipei Station and stay at a Kaohsiung hotel, your outbound ticket will be from Taipei to Zuoying, and your return ticket will be from Zuoying to Taipei. No refunds will be given for any stops beyond the designated destination, and you will need to pay the difference in the official High-Speed Rail fare.
- The high-speed rail tickets for this special offer are discounted tickets and are only valid for travel on the designated trains on that day.

- According to the regulations for high-speed rail holiday tickets, no refunds can be made for any single journey.
- All ticket refunds must be handled by KKday. Ticket refunds and exchanges are not available at the ticket windows at any high-speed rail stations.
- Note: According to the regulations for high-speed rail holiday tickets, if multiple people book the same order and need to refund or exchange their tickets, they must process the refund or exchange together. - High-Speed Rail Holiday Cancellation Policy -
- If you need to cancel an order, please contact KKday customer service first.
- Due to administrative time constraints, the cancellation policy will be based on the text below KKday. Order cancellation requests will only be accepted between 08:30 and 16:00 daily. Requests submitted after this time will be considered deferred for one day.
- If you have already issued a high-speed rail ticket, an additional cancellation fee of NTD20 per ticket will be charged (round-trip tickets count as 2 tickets)
- Free cancellation for more than eight days before departure. 7-4 days before departure (excluding the departure date) for changes or cancellations, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged.
- If you notify us of any changes or cancellations within three days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), a cancellation fee of 70% of the total amount will be charged.
- If you notify us of changes or cancellations on the departure date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount will be charged.
- (For example, if you depart on 12/8 and change or cancel your order before 11/30, you will be charged a free cancellation fee. If you change or cancel your order between 12/1 and 4, you will be charged a 30% handling fee. If you change or cancel your order between 12/5 and 7, you will be charged a 70% handling fee.)
