Children aged 0-2 years can enter for free.
Entry to the park is by single entry only. Re-entry is not permitted after exiting the park. If you need to use the restroom, please obtain a voucher from staff before you can re-enter.
Children under 120 cm in height must be accompanied by an adult at all times and are not allowed to move around independently. Strollers and wheelchairs are not allowed in the zoo area.
Please store any plastic items you bring (such as shaker cups, lightweight raincoats, etc.) safely in your bag after entering the park to prevent animals from accidentally ingesting them.
Please do not bring any food or feed into the enclosure, and do not feed the animals outside the enclosure.
Please do not bring pets to the venue to avoid the possibility of attack and cross-infection.
Please pet and touch the animals gently, and avoid behaviors that may frighten them, such as: making loud noises, patting, hugging or chasing, standing behind the animal, provoking or teasing the animal with food.
