- Important Information -

• Service time: 05:00 - 22:00 (lastest pick-up time is 22:00. Later pick-up time is subject to availability).
• Pick-up point: Hanoi center (Hoan Kiem District). Surcharge for other pick-up areas. Surcharge will be paid directly to the driver.
• Drivers speak Vietnamese and can understand basic English.
• Child seats on car will be confirmed subject to availability.
• Limit to 4/8 hours rental car disposal and under 80km traveling.

- Vehicle Type -

• 4 seater car is recommended for up to 2 adults and 2-3 mid-size luggages.
• 7 seater car is recommended for up to 4 adults and 3-4 mid-size luggages.
• 16 seater car is recommended for up to 10 adults and 8-10 mid-size luggages.
• Mid-size luggage: 61 cm x 36 cm x 28 cm.
• Larger luggage will be considered as 2 mid-size pieces.
