Located in Ginza, Tokyo, Tempura Abe Ginza Main Store is a tempura (deep-fried shrimp and vegetables) restaurant with 16 seats. As a renowned tempura establishment, we keep fresh seafood delivered daily in our aquarium to provide you with the freshest tempura dishes. The batter is perfectly applied without being overly greasy, resulting in a crispy, light coating that complements the tender and juicy shrimp inside. A simple dip in salt and pepper is all you need to bring out the natural flavors of the fresh ingredients. Our head chef has 30 years of experience frying tempura at the famous 'NADAMAN' restaurant. We are meticulous in our selection of cooking oils, and our vegetables are especially carefully sourced. Our signature mixed shrimp tempura is a specialty of owner Chef Abe, a must-try dish that you will surely love. The chef personally prepares each dish, showcasing the culinary skills honed over many years at 'NADAMAN'. We have also started offering vegetarian set menus!
