• Pier: North Point (East) Passenger Ferry Pier, Hong Kong Island

  - Dinner buffet, Free-flow drinks (House Red ＆White wine , House Beer, Soft drink, Juice)
  - Watch the best view of the fireworks on cruise, Live band performance, Cruise sightseeing in Victoria harbour
• Price: HK$1,000 (including Services Charge), Same price for Adult & Child (Original Price: HK$980 + 10% Service Charge=HK$1,078 per person) 

-Terms and Condittion-

• 0-1yrs old (under 2years old) children are not allowed on board.
• Life jackets are required on board, but are not available in infant sizes.
• Accoring to Marine Deparment Ordinance, Children aged 12 or below are required to provide AGE for reservation and wear life jacket during the whole event for safety reason.
• According to Marine Department Ordinance, all attendants are required to provide FULL NAME(same as HKID/Passport) in Chinese/English, Gender, Nationality and Age.
• Harbour Cruise Bauhinia reserve the right to prohibit passengers who fail to comply with this regulation.
• Please arrive at North Point (East) Passenger Ferry Pier 30min. before departure time.
• If you are late, you may not be able to board the cruise and no refunds will be given.
• Cancellation and Any mendment are NOT allowed after reservation.
• Please arrive at North Point (East) Passenger Ferry Pier 30min. before departure time.
• Please be sure to attend at the time selected when booking. You cannot attend at any other time.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.Children are not allowed to make separate reservations. An adult must be included in the same reservation.
• This serivice EXCLUDES tour guide and vehicle pick-up & drop-off service.
• The cruise is operated by "Harbor Cruise - Bauhinia". Our company is only responsible for reservation services.
• In case of bad weather, the fireworks display would be canceled or postponed. All the arrangement depends on the organizer's decision on the day. Refund cannot be requested for this reason. Once the reservation is confirmed, no refunds will be made.
• Dinner table will be shared with other customers.
• Table number will be arranged by Harbour Cruise Bauhinia in advance, if you join the cruise with Family/Friends together, please book together in one reservation, otherwise different tables will be arranged.
• Please refer to the attached map for directions to the North Point (East) Passenger Ferry Pier.

1. Bauhinia Harbour Cruise with Buffet Dinner at Sea (Departure 1920)

• Time: 19:20 to 21:30 (Sailing time 19:30-21:30, returning to the dock and ending at 21:30)
• Boarding location: North Point East Ferry Pier
• Includes: buffet dinner on board, live band performance, cruise in Victoria Harbour, and viewing the "A Symphony of Lights" show at sea.

2. Bauhinia Harbour Cruise with Buffet Dinner at Sea (Departs at 17:15)

• Time: 17:15 to 19:15
• Boarding location: North Point East Ferry Pier
• Includes: buffet dinner on board, live band performance, and a cruise on Victoria Harbour. ※The 17:15 itinerary does not include "A Symphony of Lights".

- Notes -

• Once all orders are confirmed, the company will collect the full amount, and refunds and changes are not permitted.
• If there are insufficient participants, you will be notified at least one day in advance that the cruise will not depart. The Bauhinia Harbour Cruise reserves the right to make the final decision.
  
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or no-shows.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult to board the ship. Children cannot be booked alone. An adult must be booked with the child in the same booking.
  
• Bauhinia staff will assign table numbers to guests on-site; please sit according to these numbers.
• This tour does not include a tour guide or transportation.
  
• This boat is operated by "Harbour Cruise - Bauhinia". Our company only provides booking services.
• In case of inclement weather, cancellation or postponement is subject to the organizer's decision on the day, and refunds cannot be requested for this reason. Once confirmed, bookings are non-refundable.
  
• The "A Symphony of Lights" show has been suspended due to inclement weather and unforeseen circumstances without further notice. Please see the website for details. [Applicable only to the package: Bauhinia Harbour Cruise with "A Symphony of Lights" Buffet Dinner]
  
• There was no tour guide on board. Seating was arranged by Bauhinia Group on that day.
• Participants will sit together with other guests (at the same table).
  
• Bauhinia staff will assign table numbers to guests on-site; please sit according to these numbers.
