We were very glad we chose to hire a car because it saved us a lot of travel time and allowed our elders to conserve their energy at the attractions. The driver arrived on time and provided many services, helping us with some local communication issues.

Reaching the foot of Mount Zao was truly a challenging journey, and we are very grateful to our guide, Xiao Li, for driving so smoothly that everyone made it to the attraction safely. Although Ginzan Onsen is small, it has a wonderful atmosphere, and winter is the perfect time to enjoy a relaxing visit.

Although we couldn't see the Okama crater again due to the weather, the overall arrangements were excellent. The tour leader was attentive and professional, and the lunch was plentiful and delicious – great! I would definitely join a KKDay tour again if I have the chance!
