I didn't need to exchange my ticket at Chiayi Train Station. I could board simply by showing the voucher I had received to the driver and having it scanned. I wasted time searching for the ticket exchange location. Be careful, because if you don't line up at the bus stop early, you'll lose your seat and have to stand for three hours. You can also enter the mountain gate by showing the voucher and having it scanned. I was able to board the bus the same way on the return trip.

Hua Ge provided a very thorough tour throughout the trip, was incredibly punctual in picking us up, and planned the route very smoothly. He really wanted to show us more of Alishan within the allotted time, which we greatly appreciated! His driving was very smooth, and the car was very comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend the experience! If I go to Alishan again, I would definitely book this service again.

I was incredibly lucky to have met driver Xiao Xin on this Alishan day trip – highly recommended! The whole day was relaxed and enjoyable, with a super fulfilling itinerary. Xiao Xin knows the Alishan routes like the back of his hand, and within the limited time, he led us to many hidden gems – places you'd never find on your own without a local guide! He even gave us tips on photo angles, guaranteeing you'd take amazing Instagram-worthy photos. Even if you're not a great photographer, no problem, Xiao Xin will take the photos for you – so thoughtful! Besides that, Xiao Xin was incredibly attentive to every member of the group, providing excellent service. The South Korean guests in our group also had a fantastic time. Most importantly, Xiao Xin's driving skills are top-notch! He drove incredibly smoothly on Alishan's winding mountain roads (no motion sickness at all!), his timing and itinerary planning were perfect, and he was very patient in helping everyone solve problems. If you're going to Alishan, Xiao Xin is the one to go for – highly recommended!

The arrangements were very thoughtful; the driver and tour leader were both very professional. The room at the Sakurayama Hotel was simple but fully equipped. The weather on the mountain changes quickly, so I recommend bringing warm clothing. We experienced watching the sunrise, stargazing, and absorbing phytoncides in the park. Luckily, it didn't rain until we left. I used the two-day, one-night holiday to fully recharge and get back to work! 🤣
