This snorkeling experience was very lucky. It rained heavily on the originally scheduled date and time. The organizers said the rain wouldn't affect the snorkeling, but the path to the beach was actually quite slippery in the rain, as the surface was covered in smooth stones. Fortunately, the organizers were able to reschedule the activity for another day. The snorkeling spot was a shallow area, only 1 meter deep, so even young children could stand steadily. There were many tropical fish, corals, and hermit crabs to be seen in the shallows. The water wasn't azure, but it was quite clear. What I appreciated most was the instructor who spoke Mandarin. He carefully and patiently taught our family how to use the equipment, where to spot the fish, and took underwater photos for us, which he then sent back to us free of charge. The children didn't want to leave when the activity ended.
The tour leader provided a very comprehensive explanation of the attractions. However, the time spent at the 5th Station of Mount Fuji was insufficient to fully appreciate the beautiful scenery, which is understandable. The day trip package is compact, with private transportation to Mount Fuji, Lake Kawaguchi, and Oshino Hakkai, making it very suitable for first-time visitors!
Suitable for family activities, with a wealth of exhibits, and free for students (unlike in Taiwan where there is an entrance fee), it's a worthwhile place for the whole family to explore, taking approximately 1.5-2 hours.
Excellent value for money, clean environment, very friendly staff, and delicious food! Great!
