It saves a lot of time waiting for buses, changing buses, and walking during the trip. You can chat and confirm attractions on the bus, and sleep whenever you want—it's so convenient!
The driver was very friendly and considerate. We could discuss the itinerary along the way, and he would recommend places to visit. The schedule was also very well planned, without any rushing or pressure, ensuring we had a pleasant and perfect trip.
Seeing long queues on a hot summer day can be quite discouraging. Thankfully, I booked tickets beforehand through KKday, saving me half an hour of queuing time – totally worth it! The aquarium is small but beautiful; I saw everything without having to walk too much, so happy! 🥳
We met early at Sendai Station on December 25, 2025, and drove to Ginzan Onsen (with a short rest stop along the way where everyone could use the restroom). Although it was raining quite heavily and there was only a patch of snow on the roadside, the beautiful scenery and the hot spring steamed buns (you must buy the fried steamed buns, they're super delicious!) made for a very enjoyable experience. Lunch was a set meal, the portions weren't large, but you could buy some extra food yourself. In the afternoon, we arrived at Zao Ropeway Station. Luckily, there were no queues, and the subsequent heavy snowfall added to the Christmas atmosphere. The tour guide was very enthusiastic and attentive, making us feel very comfortable. She even distributed Christmas candies before the trip, creating a festive atmosphere!
The staff were incredibly friendly. We opted for the basic package, and the staff explained what was included and what items could be added as optional extras. They weren't pushy at all, and even when we didn't choose any additional items, they weren't rude. Highly recommended!
