He's a local Okinawa guide with over 20 years of experience and speaks fluent Chinese; he was extremely professional and explained everything carefully at each location. Because this trip is not a self-drive tour, I planned to rent a car for the two-day trip to northern Okinawa. I am glad to have chosen this charter service. First before the trip there was customer service patiently confirming the travel details with me. By the day of the trip, the driver was waiting for us at the hotel door early. On the car front, the model is comfortable and quiet, and you can have a good rest in the car. Our Chinese driver was Xiao Jin. He was very young and about the same as me. He was witty and shared many moments of life in Okinawa with us. We talked throughout the trip and recommended several shops and restaurants in Okinawa worth visiting. Every time we finished visiting an attraction, we would tell him that he would turn on the air conditioner in the car on time and wait for us to get on the bus, which was very reassuring. He is more like our travel companion than the driver. I was 10% satisfied with the chartered experience this time. I will choose this company if I need it next time.

There was a Chinese-language audio guide on the bus, the bus was very clean, and the driver was very good.
