— Important Information —

• If you are prone to motion sickness, we strongly recommend that you take motion sickness medication 1 hour before the activity starts.

• The yacht will remain operational if the Standby Signal No. 1, or Amber/Red Rainstorm Warning is in effect. If the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or higher, or the Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect two hours before the scheduled pickup time, the yacht service will be suspended. You may choose to reschedule your booking. If the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or higher, or the Black Rainstorm Warning is issued during the cruise, the yacht will return to the departure point immediately for safety reasons.

• Please board at the scheduled time and location. If you arrive at the wrong location, boarding cannot be arranged, and the activity will not be refunded or changed.

• The supplier reserves the right to cancel the tour in the event of unforeseen circumstances or extreme weather. In such cases, you may choose to reschedule your booking.

• Once the booking is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed.

• The legal drinking age in Hong Kong is 18. Please bring a valid ID for verification.

— Experience Rules —

• Please arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes before the scheduled time for check-in. Late arrivals will not be accommodated and will be treated as a no-show. All fees paid will not be refunded.

• Booking arrangements are subject to the supplier's actual availability.

• If a participant is unable to attend on the day of departure due to personal reasons, it will be treated as a no-show, and all fees paid will not be refunded.

• No refunds will be provided if you decide to stop participating during the activity.

• Participants are responsible for the cost of repairing, restoring, or replacing any equipment, apparatus, devices, or other property damaged or destroyed due to negligence (excluding normal wear and tear).

• Please keep your personal belongings safe. KKday and the supplier are not responsible for any accidents or theft occurring before, during, or after the activity.

• The supplier reserves the right to change the activity route due to weather conditions, participants' personal abilities, or venue arrangements without prior notice. Participants may not claim any form of compensation or indemnity for this.

• The supplier may cancel the activity due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you may reschedule according to the bad weather arrangements below.

• Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

• Participants must ensure that their personal abilities and physical condition are suitable for this activity.

• Participants must pay attention to and follow the captain's arrangements, explanations, demonstrations, and safety rules on the day, and wear safety equipment properly.

• For extended outdoor stays, it is recommended to take adequate sun protection measures and bring necessary personal care items.
