4. For tours including downtown pickup, the pickup time specified on your voucher is the time you should be ready; please note that this is not the boarding time.

You are responsible for any missed tours resulting from your failure to provide timely information or maintain contact. 5. Vehicle arrangements are based on the number of participants. Small group tours and private tours are led by a driver-guide. Large group tours with fewer than 20 people will not depart, or will be led by a driver-guide. The driver-guide's primary responsibility is driving; they provide only basic attraction information and guidance and may not offer the same level of commentary as a professional tour guide. Please consider this before booking.
6. As this is a group tour, the driver will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes to ensure the tour schedule is maintained. If you do not appear within this time, it will be considered a voluntary cancellation, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided. You are responsible for any risks associated with missing the tour due to personal reasons. Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point on time. Thank you for your understanding. Please strictly follow the meeting time specified by the driver-guide or tour guide (for tours with a guide). If you fail to return to the meeting point by the agreed time, the group will proceed to the next attraction, and you will need to make your own way to the meeting point.

9. Travelers under 18 years old must be accompanied by at least 1 adult at all times. Travelers 70 years old and above must be in good health and be accompanied by a family member or friend aged 22-69 throughout the tour.
10. Leaving the group during the tour is not permitted (except during free time). We appreciate your understanding. If you leave the tour midway, the transaction will be considered void, no refunds will be provided, and you will be responsible for any personal or property safety consequences. Please confirm the departure time and take a photo of the vehicle to avoid boarding the wrong bus or missing the departure.

12. This tour does not include insurance, and participants assume all risks. Please exercise caution, pay attention to your personal safety, keep your belongings secure, and take necessary precautions. The company and its employees are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage and will not provide refunds. We strongly recommend purchasing personal travel insurance for international trips to protect your interests in case of accidents, such as illness or loss of property.
13. Meals are not included in the one-day tour. We recommend bringing your own food and water, as you may not be able to purchase your preferred food during the tour. Please note that hot food, hot drinks, and food with strong odors are not allowed on the vehicle.
14. The end time is subject to weather, traffic, and other conditions. Please do not book flights or boat tickets for the same day to avoid missing your departure due to unexpected tour delays. Please be aware of this possibility, as we will not provide any refunds or compensation.
15. Bringing luggage on one-day tours is not recommended. If you must bring luggage, you must inform customer support in advance regarding the quantity and dimensions to obtain permission and confirm any applicable fees. For tours including transportation, the driver-guide is not responsible for the belongings of participants.
16. For tours including transportation, the driver-guide cannot arrange specific seats. If necessary, please negotiate politely with other guests. If they refuse, please use the available seats.
