This product is a one-way point-to-point transfer, with service based on the pickup location and destination confirmed at booking. It does not include sightseeing along the way, free stops, or hourly private charter usage. If you have additional stops, remote addresses, large amounts of ski equipment, or special luggage, please inform us before booking to confirm feasibility and potential additional fees.

After completing your booking, please provide accurate pickup and drop-off addresses, passenger count, and luggage information. Once the service team confirms the booking and vehicle arrangements, driver contact information and meeting instructions will be provided before departure. Please wait at the designated pickup location at the agreed time. If you need to change the address, time, or add stops, please contact Customer Support in advance; feasibility and fees are subject to confirmation.

This product provides one-way direct transportation only and does not include sightseeing stops. In winter, Hokkaido may experience delays due to snow, road restrictions, or severe weather; actual arrival times depend on road conditions on the day. Ski equipment and large luggage may affect passenger capacity; please inform us before booking. If roads are closed or safe operation is not possible, arrangements will be negotiated according to platform and supplier policies.

- If the pickup/drop-off location cannot be accessed due to road conditions or traffic regulations, please cooperate by boarding or alighting at a nearby legal stopping point.
- This product is a point-to-point one-way transfer service, not a professional guided tour. A Chinese-speaking driver is arranged for the entire journey, responsible for safe driving, hotel and attraction transfers, traffic coordination, and basic communication. The driver will not accompany you into attractions to provide professional historical, cultural, or attraction commentary. If you require a professional tour guide to accompany you throughout the journey, please inquire separately before booking.
