- To view the panoramic scenery of Wineglass Bay, you must climb the stairs to the lookout. The round trip takes about 1.5 hours. For safety reasons, the vehicle will park at the foot of the mountain, and the driver-guide will not accompany you on the hike.
- On the day of the Wineglass Bay tour, you may share the vehicle with guests on the Maria Island tour.
- White wallabies are wild animals. The driver-guide will drive you to look for them, but sightings are not guaranteed.
- Minors under 18 or children must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour; minors or children traveling alone are not permitted. For safety reasons, pregnant women are not advised to join the tour.
- Please provide accurate and complete information when booking, including your name and valid contact details (a mobile phone number is preferred for easy notification in case of issues), to avoid booking errors that may affect your trip. You are responsible for any losses caused by providing incorrect information.
- All tours are conducted by a driver-guide who provides brief commentary on board.
- During the actual trip, the driver-guide reserves the right to adjust the order of attractions, duration of stay, or meeting times based on weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the tour proceeds smoothly.
- If you are unable to participate in the tour or withdraw from any part of the itinerary due to personal reasons (such as lack of travel documents, flight delays, lateness, illness, or accidents), the paid tour fee will not be refunded, and no other compensation will be provided.
- To ensure a smooth and complete itinerary, travelers are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting times provided by the guide. The vehicle will depart without waiting if you are more than 10 minutes late.
- Departure and tour times are for reference only and are subject to the guide's notification. Please understand that delays or changes may occur.
- If an attraction is temporarily closed and cannot be visited, the guide's adjustments on the day will prevail. If this affects the itinerary due to force majeure, please understand.
