Internet usage is subject to the Fair Usage Policy (FUP). If excessive data is used in a short period, the carrier reserves the right to restrict your connection, which may result in temporary speed reduction or disconnection. It is recommended to disable automatic app updates and video autoplay on your phone.
To ensure fair access to mobile network services for all users at all times, every carrier has a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) to monitor network usage. If a user consumes excessive data in a busy area within a short period, causing service disruption for others, the carrier may impose temporary speed restrictions. We cannot intervene in this process, and your mobile Internet may be temporarily affected. To ensure normal usage, please avoid activities that consume large amounts of data, such as watching videos for extended periods or updating software.
Please note that Internet quality may be affected by location, terrain, building obstructions, usage density, and weather conditions.
Remember to turn off data roaming for your original SIM card to avoid high roaming charges from your home carrier.
