- Important Notes
- iPhones sold in mainland China do not support eSIM. In Hong Kong and Macau, only iPhone 12 mini, iPhone SE2, and iPhone XS support eSIM; other models are not supported. Please check where your phone was purchased before booking.
- Samsung S20 Series, Samsung Galaxy S21 5G Series, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G, Samsung Note 20 Ultra, and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 purchased in the US do not support eSIM.
- Samsung Note 20 Ultra and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 purchased in Hong Kong do not support eSIM.
- Samsung Note 20 purchased in South Korea does not support eSIM.
- Although Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 has eSIM functionality, it is unstable, and we do not recommend purchasing it.

- Samsung phone compatibility varies by region. Please check the list of countries that support eSIM before purchasinglist.
- iOS 12.1 or later is required. iPhones sold in mainland China do not support eSIM. Some models in Hong Kong and Macau do not support eSIM.
Reminders
Each QR code can only be scanned once on one device. Do not delete or switch the eSIM after binding.
To stop using the eSIM, go to your phone's eSIM settings and tap Remove Mobile Plan at the bottom.
Internet usage is subject to the Fair Usage Policy (FUP). If excessive data is used in a short period, the carrier reserves the right to throttle your speed or disconnect your Internet. We recommend disabling automatic app updates and video autoplay on your phone.
To ensure fair access for all users, every carrier has a Fair Usage Policy. If you consume a large amount of data in a short period in a busy area, the carrier may temporarily throttle your speed. We cannot intervene in this process, and your connection may be temporarily affected. To ensure a stable connection, please avoid streaming videos or updating software for long periods.
Please note that Internet quality may be affected by location, terrain, building obstructions, usage volume, and weather conditions.
Remember to disable data roaming on your original SIM card to avoid high roaming charges.
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
