Internet usage is subject to the Fair Usage Policy (FUP). If data usage spikes due to excessive consumption in a short period, the carrier reserves the right to impose restrictions, which may result in temporary speed throttling or disconnection. We recommend disabling automatic app updates and video autoplay on your phone.
Fair Usage Policy (FUP): To ensure fair access to mobile network services for all users at all times, every carrier implements its own FUP to regulate data usage. If a user consumes excessive data in a busy area within a short period, causing service degradation for others, the carrier may impose temporary speed throttling. We are unable to intervene in this process, and your mobile Internet may be temporarily affected. To ensure stable service, please avoid high-bandwidth activities such as streaming videos or updating software for extended periods.
Please note that Internet quality may be affected by location, terrain, building obstructions, usage volume, and weather conditions.
Remember to turn off data roaming for your original SIM card to avoid high roaming charges from your home carrier.
