・Vehicle type is adjusted based on the number of participants. For small groups, a driver-guide will provide service. Communication will be in Japanese and Chinese; if there are travelers who speak other languages, translation software may be used. Please note that a dedicated foreign-language tour leader or translator cannot be provided.
・Please note that odd-numbered groups will generally share seats on the bus.
・Infants under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat (please bring a passport to verify actual age) can join for free.
・One adult can bring one infant under 3 years old on the bus for free.
・For travelers who select a foreign language, communication may be conducted via translation software. Please note that a dedicated foreign-language tour leader or translator cannot be provided.
・A tour leader will accompany you from the meeting point, provide foreign-language materials, and notify you of important information such as meeting times and locations in your selected language. Please note that sightseeing commentary is not included in the tour leader's services.
・During the group tour, you cannot leave the group early or drop out midway. Leaving the tour midway will be considered as voluntarily forfeiting the remaining itinerary, and no additional refund will be provided. Please understand.

Infants aged 0-3 who do not occupy a seat can participate for free. Please inform us in the remarks section if you are traveling with an infant.
Due to Japanese legal restrictions, only licensed tour guides can provide commentary on itineraries and attractions. Therefore, the tour leader for this trip can only provide information on the activity schedule and precautions. Introductions to each tourist attraction will be provided in the travel materials given on the day of departure.
Travelers with limited mobility and wheelchair users can participate, provided they are accompanied by a paying adult.
In case of severe weather such as typhoons or blizzards, if the tour is canceled, we will notify you via email by 6:00 PM the day before the tour and arrange for rescheduling or a full refund.
Please present the name and number on your voucher to the staff for confirmation on the day of the tour.
Please arrive at the departure point 10 minutes early to wait for staff to avoid missing the bus. The bus will depart on time, and we will not wait for late arrivals.
Staff holding an 'OrengeBus' sign will be at the meeting point to greet you.
If you arrive late or do not show up on the day due to personal reasons and miss the tour, it will be considered a voluntary forfeiture, and no fees will be refunded. Please be aware of this.
All bus seats are assigned. Seat arrangements will be notified on the day and are based on the order of booking.
