It's easy to operate even for beginners, so it can be enjoyed by children and adults alike♪ The tour starts at the Naramata Auto Campers Area, making it perfect for the day after camping! Pets are welcome! Life jacket rental included! *Pets are limited to approximately 20kg. *Reservations on the day are accepted by phone. *We cannot guarantee that the autumn leaves will be at their peak during the period, so please inquire about the timing. ~Flow of the Naramata Lake Half-Day Tour~ 1. Meeting Please come changed and using the restroom♪ 2. Briefing We will have a brief discussion about introductions, the field conditions for the day, and your physical condition. 3. Safety explanation We will lecture on how to paddle a canoe, dangerous behaviors, and the course. 4. Tour Start: Enjoy a leisurely paddle across the lake, listening to explanations about nature and the history of Minakami town. We'll enjoy a 1.5-2 hour stroll on the water with breaks in between. 5. After-Talk & Dismissal: We'll check for any injuries, show you photos from the tour, and introduce other tours before concluding the tour.

- 09:00Meeting & registration. Once you arrive, please complete the registration. It is recommended to change into your activity clothes before arriving for a smoother process.

Questions when booking:
- Question 1: The weight limit for pets is approximately 20 kg per boat. We recommend that pets ride one per boat for two people. Please consult with us in advance if you wish to ride with a pet in a one-person boat.
- Question 2: This tour cannot guarantee the viewing of autumn leaves. Please inquire about the status of autumn leaves in advance.
Regarding tour cancellation:
- The tour may be canceled even after your booking is confirmed due to weather conditions.
Notes for participating in the course:
- Please inform us in advance if you have any injuries, pre-existing conditions, or are taking medication. Pregnant individuals and those under the influence of alcohol cannot participate. The tour usually requires a minimum of 2 people to operate. If there is only one person booked on the day, the tour can be held if you pay for two people.

Reminders
Age range: 4-75 years old
Clothing and gear: Outerwear: Windproof clothing. Please dress warmly in autumn. Innerwear: Suitable for exercise. Other items: Hat, gloves, sunglasses, towel. Footwear: Athletic shoes that can get wet or sandals with heel straps (available for rent at our facility for JPY 500). Rain boots are recommended in autumn. Change of clothes: You will get wet during the tour, so remember to bring a change of clothes for afterward. Drinks: About 500 mL. Please bring your preferred beverage.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 7 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
