Important Notes

The tour fee includes the local driver, a fluent Chinese-speaking guide, their tips, and all round-trip transportation costs for the itinerary.

Special reminder: Please arrive at the meeting point at least 5 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying the subsequent itinerary, we will not wait for latecomers, and no refunds will be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.

Daily itineraries may be adjusted flexibly based on weather, traffic, and unexpected conditions on the day.

If the meeting time or location for the itinerary changes, we will contact you via WhatsApp, WeChat, Line, or other communication methods. Please stay tuned!

Pricing policy: Children aged 2-5 are charged at the child rate (no hotel bed provided). Guests aged 6 and above are charged at the adult rate. Children under 2 years old not occupying a seat are free of charge. (Each departure group is limited to 1 free quota and 2 child quotas.)

The ripeness, size, and sweetness of fruits depend on weather and other objective conditions. We cannot guarantee their quality, and guests may not use fruit quality as a reason for complaints.

Flower viewing periods may be slightly affected by weather conditions. Once the tour is confirmed, it will proceed as scheduled regardless of the blooming status. Please be aware of this.

The tour will proceed as scheduled in case of rain.

Please note that the roles of the guide and the driver-guide in Japan are different.

For groups of 10 or more, a fluent Mandarin or Cantonese-speaking guide will accompany the tour.

(The guide will introduce the tour in alternating Cantonese and Mandarin; we cannot guarantee a specific language, so please refer to the arrangements on the day.)

(For groups of fewer than 10 people, only a driver-guide will accompany the tour - the driver-guide is only responsible for the itinerary and time management.)

※ The driver-guide speaks Mandarin. In case of an emergency, you may seek assistance from the driver-guide.

Venues may be closed or under maintenance due to daily conditions. The decision rests with the organizer, and guests may not request compensation on these grounds. If a restaurant is temporarily closed or full on the day of departure, we will change to another restaurant or provide cash meal vouchers.

Cancellation policy: For 2-day or longer tours: 100% of the payment will be deducted if canceled within 7 days (inclusive) before departure; a 50% handling fee will be charged if canceled within 10 days (inclusive) before departure; a 30% handling fee will be charged if canceled within 14 days (inclusive) before departure.

In the event of an accident caused by force majeure or physical injury/death due to unpredictable factors, our staff and related personnel will only be responsible for providing full assistance. The company and its members will not be held liable for any damages or casualties.

Outdoor activities involve risks. We recommend purchasing personal travel and medical insurance according to your needs.

The minimum group size is 10 people. If the minimum group size is not met, we will notify you 3 business days before departure to arrange an alternative departure date.
