If you love snowmobile adventures and want to see Lapland from a different perspective, this safari is made for you. This snowmobile tour offers the fantastic opportunity to learn how to master the art of driving a snowmobile. 

Your guide will lead you to into the lesser-known country backwoods and tracks that lead to stunning natural sights which cannot be reached during shorter excursions. Stop for a lunch break in the wilderness while your guide prepares a delicious Lappish lunch over an open fire. 

Depending on the snow conditions, you might have the chance to try something which every snowmobile driver dreams of: driving on pure, untouched, powder snow.

  • Not Suitable For: Children under 12 years

  • What To Bring: Driver's license

  • Know Before You Go: The main meeting place is Safartica Office (Koskikatu 9), 25 MIN. BEFORE THE ACTIVITY STARTS. If you require a different pick-up location, please specify it when booking. We will confirm your meeting time by email accordingly

  • Know Before You Go: The driving time is approx. 4-5 hours. Driving speed will depend on weather conditions and driving skills of the participants.

  • Know Before You Go: 2 persons share one snowmobile. A single driving supplement of 90€/person can be purchased by contacting the service provider.

  • Know Before You Go: Drivers must be 18 or older and hold a valid driving license.

  • Know Before You Go: The driver is liable for damages up to 990€/accident. An insurance of 20€ can be purchased on the spot.

  • Know Before You Go: Not suitable for children under 13 years old. Children who are tall (min. 140 cm) and strong enough can join as passenger in a snowmobile when paying the adult rate.

  • Know Before You Go: Not recommended for pregnant women and people with fragile musculoskeletal system.
