冬の北海道は天候が急激に変化することもありますので、当日連絡可能な電話番号やメールアドレスを備考欄にご記載ください。

以下のような不可抗力（お客様・当社双方の責によらない事由）が発生した場合、ツアーの中止・内容変更を行うことがあります。（1）悪天候・天変地異 暴風雨、大雪、雷、濃霧、地震、津波、火山噴火など、安全な催行が困難と当社が判断した自然現象が発生した場合。（2）交通規制・インフラ障害 悪天候に伴う道路の通行止め・積雪による除雪待ち、公共交通機関の運休・遅延、その他行政による交通規制などにより、集合場所への到着やツアー実施が困難な場合。証明書の提出要否：不可抗力による中止は当社側の記録（気象庁データ、交通機関の運休情報等）をもって判断しますが、お客様の渡航に係る証明書の提出を求める場合があります。不可抗力による当社判断中止の場合、キャンセル料は一切発生しません。

旅行傷害保険は含まれておりません。
